I. Production Process Flow
1. Raw Material Preprocessing
After the raw materials are weighed according to the recipe ratio, they undergo screening and impurity removal processes to ensure purity meets the specified standards. Resins, solvents, pigments, additives, and other materials are stored separately in an explosion-proof warehouse equipped with a temperature and humidity control system, safeguarding the materials against degradation.
2. Dispersion and Grinding
Using a high-speed disperser, the pigment is initially mixed with liquid resin to form a uniform slurry; it then moves on to a sand mill for ultra-fine grinding, ensuring that the pigment particles are dispersed down to the nanoscale, thereby enhancing the coating's gloss and adhesion.
3. Paint Mixing and Filtration
Adjust parameters such as viscosity and drying speed according to product type (e.g., automotive paint, industrial paint), and add additives like curing agents and leveling agents. The mixed paint is then passed through a multi-stage filtration system to remove impurities, ensuring flawless coatings.
II. Core Equipment and Technology
Automated production line: Integrated with PLC control systems to precisely regulate parameters such as temperature, pressure, and rotational speed, enhancing production efficiency and consistency.
High-efficiency grinding equipment: Equipped with horizontal bead mills and nanoscale grinding media, this system reduces grinding time and lowers energy consumption.
Environmental Protection System: Equipped with VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) exhaust gas treatment units (biological adsorption towers) to ensure emissions meet regulatory standards; treated wastewater, once compliant, is discharged into the park's central sewage treatment plant.
Smart inspection instruments: equipment such as gas chromatographs, viscometers, and colorimeters, which monitor product performance indicators in real time.

III. Safety and Environmental Management
1. Occupational Safety and Health System
- The workshop is equipped with an explosion-proof electrical system, combustible gas detection devices, and emergency shower facilities, and regularly conducts fire drills and safety training sessions.
- Operators must wear personal protective equipment such as gas masks and protective suits, and strictly follow the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Hazardous materials storage areas are managed with a dual-person, dual-lock system and equipped with spill-proof trays and absorbent materials.
2. Green Production Practices
- Prioritize the use of low-VOCs raw materials, promote water-based paints and high-solids coatings, and minimize the use of organic solvents.
- Waste sorting and recycling: Waste solvents are regenerated through distillation for reuse, while waste packaging materials are entrusted to qualified organizations for proper handling.
- Energy Management: Implementing waste heat recovery systems and energy-efficient motors to reduce energy consumption per unit of product.

Incoming material inspection: Conduct compositional analysis on each batch of raw materials.
